Rick is working on a new album

The last two years have been quite busy for Rick – the release of “Anyone But Me”, touring, taking care of different family issues, writing songs for other artists etc. “It’s been really busy, you know…” says Rick. “I am a really hard working person and I am not afraid of being busy. The problem with touring, shows and working with other artists was that there was no time for working on my own music. I needed a small break and that is why my wife and I decided to go to France. We had some really nice time together and right after we were back home I felt the need to go to the studio and started writing, you know, some new stuff for my own album. Doing this makes me really happy.”

Rick and his writing partner Phil Rice are currently working really hard on Rick’s new album and we hope that very soon we can have a sneak peak on the new material.

Rick joins “Break through for breast cancer”

Charities have always been a part of Rick’s life and he is proud to join as many events as possible. “I understand that a lot of people need to feel the support of others and I am really happy to be a part of this campaign.” said Rick after his two shows supporting “Break through for breast cancer” campaign in conjunction with Marks & Spencers.

Rick “The wooing machine”

Rick’s smooth voice completely captivated the audience at BBC Radio 5 Live where he performed live. After the performance Tony Livesey named Rick “The wooing machine” on air.

“The Bug” featured in a movie

“The Bug” taken from the album “Anyone But me” will be featured in the movie “First Night” and included in the soundtrack scheduled for release by Sony Record. Rick says he’s thrilled that one of his songs will be used in the movie starring Richard E Grant and Sarah Brightman.
